The VNA offers a variety of health and safety products for its patients including the HomMed daily in-home health monitoring system, Lifeline medical alert service, and MD2 medication system.

As part of our high standard of care, HomMed is a service provided for our home care patients. HomMed, along with Lifeline and MD2 are also available to all individuals in the community for a fee.
HomMed is a daily in-home health monitor that records an individual’s vital signs and transmits this information to a VNA professional. This allows us to monitor our patients 7 days a week and identify potential health complications early on. More Information.

Lifeline is an emergency response unit that with a touch of a button, you or your loved one can be connected to the Lifeline Response Center where professionals can provide assistance 24 hours a day. More Information.

MD2 is a personal medication system that holds medication and automatically dispenses individual cups at pre-programmed times. This not only reminds the patients when to take their medication, but also alerts caregivers if medications are not taken as scheduled. More information.
